We were also delighted to host Masterchef judges Gary, Matt and George when they visited this year to sample our food and chat with our mum!Ĭharlie and Jeff Elrahi, co-owners of Zaatar We are proud to have been featured on various media publications and TV shows such as Postcards when top Melbourne chefs Shane Delia and Joseph Abboud visited. ![]() In 2016 we collaborated with the Sydney Knafeh bakers in 2016 and raised over $31,000 in 2017 raised over $51,000 in collaboration with Knafeh Bakery and our latest Good Friday Appeal in 2018 raised over $52,000 thanks to the help of our team of volunteers and businesses such as Ena Greek Street Food, A1 Bakery and Vintage Ice Cream truck. We are heavily involved with charities and special causes all year around in particular, we fund raise for the Good Friday Appeal every year. We want you to feel warm and welcomed as you celebrate life over our range of Middle Eastern fare, all of which we make onsite daily to order. As a proud family-run business, we love to bring the community together and introduce a taste of Middle East to you via mouth-watering share plates. Our culture is all about sharing good food, memorable stories and cherished moments and our aim is to replicate that on a day to day basis at Zaatar, now a much-loved Coburg establishment. Growing up in a big Lebanese family, enjoying delicious food and offering warm hospitality to guests have always been a major part of our lives.
